Breathwork teaches us to release stress in a natural way – through exhaling. A good breathwork class is all about breathing deeply, yelling, crying, sweating, laughing, and allowing stored-up pain to leave the body. Breathwork can be like five years of therapy in one session. Our bodies are like a reservoir for trapped emotion. Breathwork flushes our systems, clearing the reservoir.

How to prepare for your breathwork practice: Please find a quiet space. Feel free to use blankets, yoga mats, or headphones (to listen) if you’d like. We’ll be lying on our backs and I’ll be playing music during the session.
