Come share your experiences, discuss & process your feelings, and gain valuable tools in order to move to a Peaceful Mind & Healthy Body.

Participation in this virtual workshop is open to whomever attends. In order to maintain a safe and secure virtual environment, it is essential that each participant honor confidentiality and not reveal private information discussed by others during the workshop to non-participants.
The Zoom meeting for this workshop meets HIPAA standards of encryption and privacy protection, but we cannot guarantee privacy.
*Limits of Confidentiality: All psychologists in Student Health Services are mandated reporters in the State of California. Mandated reporters are individuals who are mandated by law to report the following: reasonable suspicion of child, dependent adult, or elder abuse, and/or serious intent or threat to harm self or others. The psychologists in Student Health Services are NOT mandated to report Title IX violations.
