Cultivating Courage: An empowering series for cancer survivors
How do I let go of fear and allow myself to dream again? What is my new path? How do I envision my new future? In this 4-week group, you and your fellow survivors will come together and explore these topics through guided meditation, discussion, creative exploration (art and/or writing) and other skills to promote wellbeing.
Each week will have a different theme/topic:
- Releasing Fear
- Removing Blockages
- Creating a Vision, and
- Stepping Forward with Courage.

Meets 2:00-3:30 pm, every Thursday, May 6, 13, 20, 27 via ZOOM.

This group is most appropriate for individuals up to 3 years post active cancer treatment (chemo, surgery, radiation). We ask that you commit to attending all 4 sessions. Please pre-register below, to speak to one of the facilitators, to determine if this group is right for you.
