June 15 : Managing Your Self
Led by Holly Hesse, Head Softball Coach, Missouri State & Founding Member of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy
In this session you will create a personal mission statements based on your values, roles and unique purpose. You will devise a plan for self-renewal that renews your body, mind and spirit. You will learn the knowledge and skills for building the habits of planning weekly and acting daily based on your highest priorities moving your life in an upward spiral.
June 22: Building Resilience & Leadership: Leading in the Time of Quarantine
Led by: Cricket Lane, Associate A.D./Student - Athlete Development, University of North Carolina
This workshop looks at what it means to be resilient and showing up as your best self. We will look at types of resilience and 8 practices you will be able to put into practice.
July 6: Building a Well Integrated Life
Led by: Celia Slater- CEO & Chief Visionary of True North Sports
In this session, Celia will cover Jonathan Field's 3 buckets system and a Circle of Life exercise to help you build a more balanced life.
July 13: Strategic Conversations
Led by: Dr. Regina Lewis, Director of ReginaSpeaking, Professor at University of Colorado- Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Community College, Executive Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership
