Girl League: Fitness & Health
Are you interested in learning fun fitness, health, and nutrition ideas that will help spark a joy of movement and improve your overall health? If so, join the members of Junior League for the month of January for 4 virtual, weekly sessions. You will join them in exploring yoga routines, hula hooping, stress management techniques, medication safety, and nutritious treats! The members of JLC have gathered some exciting resources to keep you moving and growing healthy, and you are welcome to join! See dates and supplies below:

*All January sessions will be every Wednesday; 6:00PM-7:00PM

Session 1: January 6, 2021
Supplies - room to do an at home yoga routine

Session 2: January 13, 2021
Supplies - resistance bands, 2-gallon water jugs (per girl)

Session 3: January 20, 2021
Supplies - 1 Hula Hoop (per girl)

Session 4: January 27, 2021
Supplies - a nice journal and multi-colored pens
