Select Fridays in October and November—Mālama Our History Community Speaker Series
During our lockdown, we have been so impressed with our local museums, archives, historic societies, cultural centers, and other public humanities community organizations for the treasures they have been able to share online. We have gathered a few of these leaders together to introduce their digital archives, tours, primary sources, and other resources—all available for your virtual classrooms. All sessions are free and open to the public.
Weekly Q&A Sessions for HHD Teachers, Families, and Students
Every Friday, come and ask your questions, and get amazing expert advice and inspiration on your History Day project topic! We will be continuing our weekly Q&A sessions with HHD Historians and Staff, and on select Fridays we have expanded our sessions to include community guest speakers. We welcome teachers, students, and family members to come and visit if you just want to pop in with a question or want to hang out longer and talk story. This time and space is for you. Hope to see you soon!
