At this virtual meeting, we will be discussing the classic Bloods: Black Veterans of the Vietnam War: An Oral History by Wallace Terry. This collection of oral histories tells the stories of Black veterans as they fought in Vietnam for their country and also at home for their civil rights.
Veterans Programs are made possible by public funds facilitated by the Councilman Chaim Deutsch, Chair of the Committee on Veterans, in partnership with the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs. These programs are also supported by the Craig Newmark Philanthropic Fund.
