Introduction to Girl Scouts

Hello future Girl Scouts!
You’re invited to join us for a Virtual Girl Scout Information Meeting for families and girls interested in learning about the Girl Scout movement. This is a great opportunity for families to connect with our Girl Scouting community, meet a Council staff member (at least virtually) and get your questions answered in a relaxing environment. This information session is perfect for families who are interested in the joining Girl Scouts and would like to learn more.
What you can expect in this virtual meeting:
-The history of Girl Scouting (Psst..we’ve been around since 1912!)
-The Girl Scout Leadership Experience – the experience your girl will have by becoming a Girl Scout
-Program opportunities including those virtually in our Council
-Girl Scouting 101 including membership costs, troop vs. independent and virtual options, Girl Scout levels, and becoming a troop leader.
-Q & A opportunity
