VIRTUAL FORMAT: If there is more than 1 person in a family attending the workshop (and spouses and teens are welcome), we encourage you to all be on your own computer, iPad or phone because this is an interactive workshop and you will get more out of it when we breakout into groups.


Learn new strategies with speaker, Dave Mochel, to help you... find balance, reduce stress, improve focus, and manage emotions, which can benefit us at home, in the classroom, in sports, and in our relationships.

We can Increase resilience in our youth through mindfulness and self-care. Resiliency comes from working through the discomfort that comes from challenges and obstacles in our lives.
