April Community Coffee Hour

Grab your coffee or tea, and join your mentoring program peers and MENTOR Virginia on Wednesday, April 14 from 9:00 - 10:00 am for Community Coffee Hour. We will be discussing strategies for building targeted mentor recruitment pipelines with a special focus on recruiting men, people of color, and rural mentors. During this Coffee Hour, we will hear from Rameka Blakey, an expert in targeted mentor recruitment with more than 25 years of experience in the mentoring field. There will also be an opportunity to brainstorm recruitment ideas with peer mentoring programs.
