New Mom Support Group

The postpartum period is a difficult transition for all new moms. You’re adjusting to your new baby while navigating entirely new fields like breast/bottle feeding and sleep (or, lack thereof). You’re juggling caring for your baby while also going through the very necessary emotional and physical healing that comes with having gone through labor and delivery. It can all certainly make you feel overwhelmed.

Join our New Mom Support Group hosted by Elizabeth Baron, Mental Health Counselor from The Motherhood Center and Carolina Gunnarsson, FPC Founder and CEO. In this group we’ll discuss the ups and downs of Motherhood with a focus on a new topic each time. Our idea is to bring new moms together in a safe place and to provide support and skills for you to make it to the other side of this challenging time. Come ready to listen, talk (only if you want to!), laugh and cry.

This is a free event. A new registration is required for each gathering.
