Description
There are many barriers to the adoption and effectiveness of lifestyle care in the management of knee osteoarthritis. In this pre-recorded presentation, Dr. Belinda Lawford will present research into the way digital technologies can be used to overcome some of these barriers to the adoption and improve outcomes for people with knee osteoarthritis.

Dr Belinda Lawford is a musculoskeletal researcher at the Centre for Health, Exercise & Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on clinical trials and qualitative studies of treatment strategies for people with osteoarthritis, in particular digital delivery of care, exercise, and weight loss. Her research aims to develop and evaluate strategies to improve the management of osteoarthritis in Australia and worldwide.
