This space is dedicated to individuals impacted by incarceration. Do you have someone you love that has been incarcerated ? Does their incarceration bring up feelings that you would like to address or a safe space just to relate to others with similar experiences? Every 4th Monday of the month you can engage in a deep breathing or meditation followed by discussion, self-reflection activities, letter writing, and different ways to hold ourselves and our incarcerated loved ones in healing.
