Yoga for Stress and Anxiety
Join me for a 60 minute practice to calm and reset your nervous system. We'll begin with 10 minutes of guided relaxation and affirmation of the day, move into 30 minutes of mindful movements intended to calm your mind and nervous system, and finish with 20 minutes of guided visualization and mindful relaxation.
