ILF-FT-CFJ Expert Roundtable on Measuring Access to Justice

The International Legal Foundation (ILF), Fair Trials, and the Clooney Foundation for Justice (CFJ) invite you to join a virtual expert roundtable discussion aimed at advancing progress towards a global consensus on the measurement of fair trial standards and the appropriate indicators of fairness and equality in criminal justice systems. This roundtable will bring together small group of interdisciplinary experts to review, discuss, and refine a concrete strategy for attaining this consensus and defining a set of indicators to measure the extent to which the right to a fair trial is being guaranteed by countries around the world. Timed to coincide with the United Nations High-Level Political Forum, this event will take a critical step towards accomplishing the goal set forth in 2030 Sustainable Development Goal 16.3 of promoting the rule of law at the national and international levels and ensuring equal access to justice for all.
