Project Hope - First Responders

Project Hope, presented by Crossroads of Western Iowa, will address stressors and triggers first responders are facing, helping them to navigate relationships, mitigate vicarious trauma, and manage stress. These sessions will include both general mental wellness strategies and Covid-19 specific coping strategies. Speakers will not only provide guidance but also give attendees actionable items that can help them immediately.
