 Soft-skills framework (16 soft skills)
Part-B
 BUSINESS PROCESS: Business Structures in Bangladesh, Strategic Planning & Budgeting, Cross Functional Operations Overview (Finance, Accounts, IT, Supply Chain, HRD & Relationship Marketing), Risk Management, Reporting Matrix, Relationship Marketing, Costing, Pricing, Budgeting, Creating USP-Personal Branding
 Overview of- Data Analytics, ERP-SAP, Income tax, VAT, Commercial, Supply Chain, Internal Auditing, Apparel Merchandising
Part-C
 Factory visit (optional), Final Presentation by the team, Panel discussion: Preparing for Job Market
