UN #Youth4Disarmament: What if - Spesterra Video Challenge Launch & Discussion

“What if - Spesterra: What do you think the world would look like if more money were spent on peace and development and less on arms?”

This event will stimulate discussions on the intricate link between disarmament and development set out in the UN Charter. “What if – Spesterra” Youth Video Challenge will be launched at the event inviting youth across the globe to imagine a world without weapons of mass destruction and strictly regulated conventional arms and add their voices by using their artistic talents to promote disarmament, non-proliferation and arms control.
