GRAD Partnership COP: Learning from and with CT Rise

In 2021, CT Rise was honored as a Carnegie Foundation Spotlight on Quality in Continous Improvement for their improvement in on-track rates. The schools in the CT Rise network improved on-track rates for 9th graders by 17 points - going from 64% in 2015 to 81% in 2022.
