Mantra Meditation
This style of meditation involves intentional focus on a specific word or phrase, to cultivate intentions that will serve you through your week, often paired with light breathwork and/or guided visualization techniques.

This session is open to students only and will begin Friday, February 10 and conclude on Friday, May 12. There will be no sessions when the University is closed, or during spring break.
