Whether you don't have much room to practice, or you need to exercise indoors, Rainy Day Tai Chi is the perfect movement series for you. Led by Jamee Culbertson, certified Tai Chi instructor and teacher trainer, this beautiful practice includes yang-style long form movements designed to reduce stress, improve strength and mobility.
