Mindfulness Circle for Men
This space is for anyone who identifies as a man. Every 2nd Monday of the month, you can engage in a deep breathing or meditation. After, facilitators Graham and Mannie lead a discussion on a range of topics designed to be helpful and healing to men specifically.

Please note this is a safe space but only a start to healing. If you are seeking long term or intense services please send a personal message to provide you with additional resources.
