The EBU Eyewitness Principles and Guidelines - Jenny Hauser

This webinar will look at the EBU’s Eyewitness News Principles and Guidelines, explaining the editorial and ethical guidelines for how the Eurovision Social Newswire sources and treats material from eyewitnesses.

These guidelines, which were approved by the EBU membership, also contain an outline on how material provided by the ESN should be signposted when used by members.

The aim of the webinar is to provide an overview that will allow member organisations to participate in sharing eyewitness material with us and, therefore, the wider membership from your respective countries by ensuring a common mode of practice.
