The programme for this meeting has been organised by Tim Hardman of Niche Science and Technology and Steven Walker of St Gilesmedical London and Berlin.
14:00-14:50 Exploring the contradictions of homeworking and seek the experiences of a range of stakeholders.
15:00-15:50 Looking at how we can improve homeworking. Issues to be addressed include room ergonomics, health and safety, good mental health, finances, human resources and contracts, mutual support, maintaining company ethos and socialising on line. Do we perhaps need a 'charter' to optimise homeworking and support staff and employers?
We will end with a Christmas quiz and prizes, plus networking breakout rooms to chat and socialise. So you can better enjoy the break between sessions, we will send the first 50 registrants who provide a UK address to (email@example.com) posh tea bags and two homemade mince pies.
This meeting will be recorded and the videos posted at NetworkPharma.tv.
