Peer Support for Undergraduate Students Coping with Burnout
Peer Support aims to create a safe, inviting space where students can discuss student-life concerns with a trained peer supporter who can listen, validate, and refer. Peer Support is free, non-judgmental, and confidential. This session is specifically for undergraduate students who are coping with burnout (or wanting to prevent burnout), to learn strategies and share resources. Two undergraduate students who are trained as peer supporters will be facilitating the session.

Use your Laurier credentials to register for this Zoom session.

Peer Support is a collaboration of the Student Wellness Centre, Graduate Students’ Association, and Canadian Mental Health Association. This session is open to all undergraduate students.
