Before jumping into advocacy it’s important to have a solid understanding of the environment and the many different factors at play. There are always multiple perspectives to take into account, and any change, even keeping the status quo, is going to benefit some and harm others. Discover how self awareness, emotional intelligence and communication skills can help you to jump into this big aquarium and stay afloat rather than be eaten by the sharks.
