Yoga for Better Sleep
Until the need for social distancing surrounding concerns of the spread of COVID-19 has passed, we will be providing Educational and Stress Management Programs via Zoom Meetings.

If you’re having trouble falling asleep or difficulty getting back to sleep in the middle of the night, this workshop is for you! This one-time class will explore a number of set yoga poses that promote restful sleep. Poses taught should be accessible to most everyone. After you register, we will send you a list of common household items that you will use as props during the class. Registration required.
