Global Leaders of Volunteers Speakers Series: Continuing to Lead Organizations, Communities and People Through Change with Amber McMillan
Session Description:
Not unlike a child that calls out from the backseat of a car and ask, "Are we there yet?", many professionals are asking themselves midway through 2021, "Are we there yet? Have we changed enough already?" As leaders of organizations, communities and people, we are expected to be resilient through change. And in times of constant change, the role is still the same; stand strong, keep moving the mission forward and make it look easy, right? In this learning session, we will unlock our understanding of the Kubler Ross Change Curve to:
Create understanding on how to continue to manage (organizations, communities and people) successfully through change
Realize the impact that simple strategies can have on bending the change curve to your will
Learn how to build collective resilience in the midst of change

Join in this 90 minute virtual experience and be prepared to come away with tools and techniques to help you boldly lead change through the remainder of 2021 and beyond!
