HIIT with Britt
Burn fat, increase stamina, and improve strength with 60 minutes of HIIT with Britt! Each class consists of a dynamic warmup, 4 rounds of body weight based interval training, and a well deserved cool down. You will learn 10 exercises to work every part of your body. Go all out for 30 seconds of movement and reset for 15 seconds of active recovery. Mat and weights are optional.
