Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Everyday Awareness
We are delighted to be able to offer a series of free virtual Mindfulness for Everyday Awareness sessions in partnership with the University of Westminster.

Join us for a session which can help you with mindfulness and meditative practice which can support your overall wellbeing. The sessions will also explore feelings during this current time and how we are coping with thoughts on returning to life after lockdown.

The session will be led by experienced practitioner Yusuf Kaplan, a qualified chaplain and Interfaith Adviser at the University of Westminster. He has delivered workshops, classes and one-to-one guidance with various mindfulness-related themes for colleagues and students.
