Dancefest Fit (adults) with Beth Andrews

DescriptionThese classes are aimed at men and women and are relaxed, fun and upbeat classes for people of all abilities.They include exercises to improve balance, co-ordination and posture as well as dance routines which touch on different dance styles, performed to 'feel good' music that are fun and easy to follow!

Please note this class is 6.15-7.15pm (Zoom won't let us set it up for 15 minutes past - but that's what time we'll start)

The cost of this block of 6 classes is £30
