TPM National Learning Network Summit Spring 2021
Join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and your colleagues on May 19, 2021 for the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) National Learning Network (NLN) Virtual Spring Summit.

Growth of the TPM initiative has continued thanks to a national network of TPM leaders and champions. This group is now more than 450 professionals and is called the NLN. Twice year, we gather these experts to network with their peers and discuss the initiative and the evolution of the TPM Academy. This three-hour session will help enhance your TPM efforts, no matter where you are in implementation.

AGENDA:
11:00 AM – Welcome

11:15 AM – Talent Finance Presentation and Plenary
This plenary will include a presentation, followed by a plenary of TPM practitioners participating in the Talent Finance design workshop series.

12:05 PM – Breakout: TPM Implementation Stages
In these breakouts, we will have a brief plenary with practitioners who are where you are and moderators who are well into their TPM implementation. This discussion will be followed by an opportunity for the broader group of practitioners to ask and answer questions for each other.

12:40 PM – Enhancing Employer Engagement
This plenary will include employers who are playing the critical role of champion and will discuss what got them hooked, what they look for and need from their host organization partner, and what advice they have for you in your search and sustainability plan for your employer champions.

1:15 PM – Breakout: Industry Spotlights
These breakout sessions will focus on strategies that can be leveraged by practitioners who oversee construction, IT, or collaboratives in emerging industries (e.g., biotech). These industries not apply to you? Stay in the main room for a more general TPM conversation with Chamber Foundation staff based on your most pressing questions.

1:45 PM – Group Discussion

1:55 PM – Closeout

May 19, 2021 11:00 AM in Eastern Time (US and Canada)
