March 16th Free Feldenkrais® with Nick Strauss-Klein (9:30-10:30 AM Central Daylight time)

Please join us as we celebrate the Feldenkrais Project's second birthday AND the many silver linings of 52 weeks of pandemic-inspired Zoom classes! This special free event takes the place of my regular pay-what-you-can weekly Zoom ATM class on March 16.

After you've registered, search your email for Zoom's email with the subject "LINK TO JOIN March 16th"

We'll explore a joyful, essential Feldenkrais ATM (Awareness Through Movement®) lesson together, and then if you wish you can stick around after class for unrecorded discussion.

Besides the info on that page it's also useful to know that the lesson we'll do particularly benefits from a low-friction place to lie on your back. Please don't use a sticky yoga mat, for example (throw a smooth blanket over it instead).

We WILL be recording the ATM lesson, and once it's available I'll email it to Zoom registrants, so please register even if you may not make it live - but we hope you can! The connection of shared time and intention has been a palpable joy for our Zoom class community this last year, and we're excited to share it with as many Felden-fans as we can.
