Living Wage Scotland are delighted to invite Hospitality employers across Scotland to join our online event which will interest, inspire, and engage you. Hear from Living Wage Scotland, our exciting guest speakers, and Living Wage employers.

Suitable for all Hospitality employers, including those thinking about implementing the real Living Wage, as well as those already accredited, who want to maximise the benefits from their Living Wage status.

Mollie holds the world record for being the youngest woman to summit both sides of Mount Everest and for being the youngest woman to ski solo from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole.

The real Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually. The Living Wage is calculated according to the real costs of living, with the new rate announced on 9th Nov 2020.

Over 1800 Scottish employers have chosen to pay the real Living Wage on a voluntary basis. Living Wage Scotland work with employers across Scotland, supporting them in their journey to becoming accredited, and promoting them as best practice employers.
