*Remembering the Mindset
This year’s MLK presentation will be focused on the fated connection between civil rights leader, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the leader of the Protestant Reformation, Martin Luther, after whom Dr. King was named. Spiritual theorist, Kimberlyn McKoy, will give evidence to prompt our imaginations about a rather bold and probable destiny that would have otherwise defied the historical, religious and spiritual oppression of melanated people.
