Peer Support for Graduate Students Coping with Burnout
Peer Support aims to create a safe, inviting space where students can discuss student-life concerns with a trained peer supporter who can listen, validate, and refer. Peer Support is free, non-judgmental, and confidential. This session is specifically for graduate students who are coping with burnout (or wanting to prevent burnout), to learn strategies and share resources. Two graduate students who are trained as peer supporters will be facilitating the session.

Peer Support is a collaboration of the Student Wellness Centre, Graduate Students’ Association, and Canadian Mental Health Association. This session is open to all Masters and PhD students.
