Mindfulness means paying full attention to something… anything. whether it’s your thoughts, feelings, sounds, touch, taste or smell. It means slowing down to truly notice what you're doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing, multi-tasking, or being afraid or stressed. When you're mindful, you're taking your time. In our mindfulness classes for kids classes, you (your children) will learn what mindfulness is, why it's important, and how to be mindful. All lessons are ages specific and can be used anywhere at any time in order to improve children’s overall emotional and physical wellbeing.
