Warrior 1 - November/December 2022
This is a low impact, low/moderate intensity, 8-week progressive program. Emphasis is on posture, core connection, balance, and flexibility, using bodyweight and resistance bands for total body strength, followed by low-impact cardiovascular exercise. All exercises can be modified with use of a chair. Physical assessments will be completed on the first and last day of the program. Complimentary resistance bands will be shipped to participants upon registration.
