Kids Yoga (ages 5-9)
Join Stephanie Campbell for 30 minutes of fun, animated, and active yoga that will strengthen both the body and the mind. Children will also practice mindful breathing throughout the class. This class is recommended for children ages 5-9. Parent participation is welcomed and encouraged.
