Come join in a weekly Dharma Yoga Gentle Yoga class. Gentle, Restorative, Healing. Slow, gentle, conscientious meditative movement with the breath. No experience required, but individuals need to be able to get up and down from the mat. Before you begin, gather your props. You will need your yoga mat, blanket, block or bolster and a sturdy folding chair.
