Tech Support Lead Level 4

The Level 4 TSL training is intended for TSLs working large group meetings that require frequent multitasking and the use of Zoom’s more advanced features.. Using the example of a mock event, TSLs will have an opportunity to learn Zoom’s advanced features and settings, gain tools of assessment, and practice the critical thinking and teamwork necessary to provide tech support and radical virtual hospitality for complex and large group meetings.
