Peer Support for End of Term Anxiety (Undergrad)
Peer Support aims to create a safe, inviting space where students can discuss student-life concerns with a trained peer supporter who can listen, validate, and refer. Peer Support is free, non-judgmental, and confidential. This session is specifically for undergrad students who are feeling anxiety because of final exams, projects and any other stressors that may be at hand as the term comes to an end. In this session you will be able to share your feelings and discuss strategies for staying calm and organized. Two undergraduate students who are trained as peer supporters will be facilitating the session.

Use your Laurier credentials to register for this Zoom session.

Peer Support is a collaboration of the Student Wellness Centre, Graduate Students’ Association, and Canadian Mental Health Association. This session is open to all undergraduate students.
