Steve Wong, the pastor of Grace Community Covenant Church in Los Altos, CA, and a resource specialist with Crescendo, offering resources for churches at the intersection of human development, spiritual formation and intercultural development.
Rev. Dr. Stanley Long, founder of South Bay Community Church in Fremont, California, and now Pastor Emeritus. Since stepping aside from the senior pastor role, he has continued serving on various institutional boards and a coach for many including regular connection with Urban Ministries, Inc. and a season as a Crescendo coach.
Lynda Delgado, who resides in San Diego, California with her husband Ed, after many years of international ministry in South America, Africa and California. She currently serves as a Crescendo Coach in the Pacific Southwest Conference.
Alan Forsman, member of the Crescendo Leadership Team. He has also had the opportunity to conduct management training in Fortune 500 Companies and currently with the Salvation Army. Alan has taught classes on Aging and started 50+ ministries in several local churches.
Sharon Davis, one of the first African Americans commissioned as a short-term missionary in the ECC. She served in Cameroon doing holistic community development with rural women using Biblical Storytelling which continues today, led by her mentee. Sharon currently lives in Jackson, Mississippi, and serves as the Director of Missions and Outreach at Galloway United Methodist Church, connecting volunteers from many churches to ministries addressing needs of the community.
