This facilitated session guides participants through a creative process to cast a new vision for their own work in OD in the post-COVID19 pandemic world.




Bio for Jonathan Pugh

Jonathan Pugh is an independent consultant and founding Partner of SBO Consulting, a firm that specializes in helping organizations adopt strengths-based management practices. He began his career in HR before transitioning to consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s Organizational Effectiveness & Development practice serving private sector clients. Afterwards, his focus shifted to the public sector.

For the past 15 years, he has consulted to numerous federal government agencies in the Washington, DC, area to help them meet some of our nation’s biggest challenges. Jonathan’s broad portfolio of federal government clients includes the Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Institutes of Health, U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service, National Science Foundation, and the U.
