Conversations with the History Program: Educators and Reformers
Did you know that King's Chapel's congregation has a long history of pioneering education reformers and notable educators among its members? Throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries, the church was the spiritual home to a number of influential educators, including advocates for women's education and pioneers in predecessors to distance learning. Join us on Thursday September 3 for the latest installment of our weekly virtual history talks, Conversations with the History Program. History Program Director Faye Charpentier will discuss the stories and careers of some of these historical attendees, and explore the lasting influences of their work in the education field.
