JCC fitWEEK - Movement for Pain Management Presentation
Working with our spine with the use of two bath towels, we’ll begin our focus on the upper back and how to release the upper back and neck. Then we’ll dive down into the lower back and find some mobility in the stickiest parts. Throughout all of this, we will create a focus with the breath, build strength through conscious movement, and learn about how chronic pain affects all that we do (and what we can do about that).
