Strike A Pose: Virtual Yoga Class

Our guest presenter for this event is Kristen Bond, a yoga instructor. Her "All Level Yoga Flow" class is for beginners as well as those familiar with yoga. Each posture is taught with precise alignment cues and each movement is linked to a corresponding breath. The language and practice are simplified to empower any level yoga student to move confidently through the flow.

Kristen is a yoga and pilates instructor at IHT (In-Home Training LLC).
