UPenn-EUSP Dual MA Degree Program in Russian and East European Studies means studying 1 year at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in the USA and 1 year at the European University at St. Petersburg (EUSP) in Russia and earning an MA degree from each university.
A limited number of scholarships will be available on a competitive basis for applicants to the program, including citizens of Russia, the USA, and other countries. Scholarships will cover tuition (and a living stipend for Russian citizens in both locations). Scholarships will be awarded competitively in the course of the application process.
