Emotions of feeling upset, angry, and worry, frustration, and anxiety can create what feels like a balloon whom is about to explode inside. There will be five steps to reduce stress and help you better cope in various situations in an effective way. You will learn how to relieve stress well and perceive new insights into bright sunny days. In class, you will also express your worries openly in a group and see if anyone else has gone through the same experience. We will build a community, a sense of belonging, a place where no one will be judged and everyone will help one another to eliminate feeling lonely and depressed. This open discussion group will lead individuals who participate to be happier individuals. "
