Message Card Meditation

In this meditation practice, you will receive an intention to focus on through a card with a special word or message on it. This meditation is great for folks who like some structure and/or guidance in their meditation routine!

This session is open only to students and will begin Monday, August 29 and conclude on Monday, December 12. There will be no sessions when the University is closed, or during the week of Thanksgiving Recess (11/21).

Note: Registering for Monday will give you one access link for all Monday sessions for the duration of the semester.
